What is Human Development & Family Sciences?
According to the OSU College of Public Health & Human Sciences, "HDFS majors study interdisciplinary research and theory on human development across the lifespan within the contexts of families, school, work, and communities to prepare for careers in schools and helping professions, and to pursue advanced academic degrees. This major prepares students for rewarding careers working with children, youth, adults and families, as well as teaching and research.
