Community Outreach - multi-faceted human service organization provides hope for men, women, and children who are homeless and very low income in the mid-Willamette Valley. Offers many volunteer and internship opportunities for OSU students.

AmeriCorps VISTA - national service program designed specifically to fight poverty.
AmeriCorps - an opportunity to make a big difference in your life and in the lives of those around you. It’s a chance to apply your skills and ideals toward helping others and meeting critical needs in the community.
Peace Corps - opportunity to serve in a developing country for 27 months in areas such as education, health, agriculture, environment, youth and community development, and business/ information technology. Resource Assistance for Rural Environments (RARE) - Qualified college graduates and graduate-level students who are selected as RARE participants assist communities and agencies in the development and implementation of plans for achieving a sustainable natural resource base and improving rural economic conditions while gaining community building and leadership skills.
JET Programme - now in its 24th year, is aimed at promoting grass-roots international exchange between Japan and other nations. The number of countries sending participants has risen over the years, as has the number of participants. In 2010, the Programme has welcomed 4,334 participants from 36 countries.
Omprakash - We build partnerships with grassroots health, education, and environmental projects around the world, and connect them with volunteers, donors, and classrooms that can learn from and support their work. Volunteering is FREE!
National Volunteer Center of the English Opens Doors Program of the Chilean Ministry of Education - recruits native and near-native English speakers to come to Chile and work as teaching assistants in Chilean classrooms, specifically to improve students’ listening and speaking skills. Volunteers also assist with other initiatives of the English Opens Doors Program, such as debates, Public Speaking, Spelling Bee, and English Camps.

Volunteer with Kids - a partnership of precollege programs that are working together to equip and connect students at Oregon State University with volunteer and paid opportunities to work with youth.
