Requests for the President's Original Signature for Letters and Documents

 

The following information is intended to offer guidance on requesting the President's signature on original documents. We encourage you to coordinate in advance with the President's Office to ensure that your materials can be signed in a timely manner.

If you have a routine request for the President's original signature -

please contact Elizabeth Grubb (phone 737-4133; e-mail elizabeth.grubb@oregonstate.edu) to coordinate the timing of the request and to deliver (6th Floor, Kerr Administration Building) or send (via campus mail to 600 KAd) the documents to Elizabeth.

If you have a first-time request for the President's original signature -

please contact Elizabeth Grubb (phone 737-4133; e-mail elizabeth.grubb@oregonstate.edu) to determine whether Dr. Ray's signature is appropriate for your document.

If you have a request for the President's signature on a nomination or letter of support -

please contact Elizabeth Grubb (phone 737-4133; e-mail elizabeth.grubb@oregonstate.edu) to make the request. Deliver (6th Floor, Kerr Administration Building) or send (via campus mail to 600 KAd) the nomination form to Elizabeth. In the case of a letter of support, please draft the letter and e-mail the draft (Word document attachments are preferred) to Elizabeth.
